Most recently, Roman served as Senior Director of Customer Success & Renewals at Salesloft, where he led a global team managing 600+ enterprise customers and $130M in ARR. He now brings that strategic vision and operational excellence to his role as Vice President of Customer Success at Gainsight, the market leader in post-sales customer growth. Carson Stones is a customer success leader with 10+ years of experience building resilient teams and scalable processes that have resulted in sustainable revenue growth at companies ranging in size from $5m to 1bn+.
He specializes in strategic account management for SaaS data platforms and has grown enterprise customer portfolios up to $15m.
In his current role as the Senior Manager of the customer success team in data.world, he is passionate about scaling best-in-class CS practices that are proven to turn customers into loyal advocates.
